Ever wonder how Capcom finally came to their decision for the characters in the Street Fighter 4 series?

Capcom only acts when you have about 50 million signatures. Then they start to think about maybe putting the requested character in the game.

Capcom Big Wig: Only 50 million? The fans today just aren't passionate enough. I like Rolento but he's just--there's something about him that, oh I can't put my finger on it..

Secretary: Sir, I believe that the young people say that he's got swagger and a strong pimp hand. By the way, your daughter is on line one, sir.

Capcom Big Wig: Thank you, Yoko. Rolento's pimp hand is way too powerful. I'll have Ono nerf that attribute immediately. Hello princess..I..Now don't cry--a divorce only means that you'll have two houses but mommy and daddy won't be living together. It will be loads of fun!! Of course daddy loves you..You want Ryu dressed like a member of "Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch"? Done. You want a really, really evil looking Ryu with a hole in his chest because he's decided to embrace the whatchamacall it, thingambob, evil stuff? Done. Now, sweetie, daddy has a question for you. Would you like to see Alex, Elena or Q in Super Street Fighter 4 AE? I see..Look, daddy has to get back to work--I'll call you later.

Secretary: Shall I inform Ono-san that Evil Ryu, Alex, Elena and Q will be on the roster, sir?

Bigwig: Only Evil Ryu, Yoko. My daughter likes him--thinks he's cuter than Ken. She used to like Ken until she found out he was married and had a baby. Be sure to tell Ono that I want Rolento's pimp hand toned down and to remove all his swagger.

Secretary: I'll get right on it, sir. By the way, Seth Killian is on line two.

Bigwig: Killian? There's a Seth.

 Killigan: That works for us in the states.

Secretary: Sir, there's another smart ass fan trying to talk to the head of Capcom.

Capcom Bigwig: Put him on hold.

I sorted the conversation lines and added "fiction, blog" to the tags.
